Sore breast/nipples?

Last cycle I had sore breasts before my period started and the first couple days of my period. But that was a heavy and quite painful sensation in the whole of my breast. Now I'm 7dpo, the cramping has slowed down a bit today, but I've had this painful twinge (like a pull?) behind/around my nipples..a totally different feeling that I've never felt before. I don't feel it all the time but quite often during the day and definitely while I run up or down stairs.. Does this sound like the feeling I want to feel in my breasts during the TWW or is it something to be worried about? I've had a scan of my breasts done in February and they looked fine (we have a history of breast cancer in my family).
