My baby is 8 months and usually she scratches on the back of her ears sometimes but now I noticed she has red marks inside and its because she puts her finger in her ear and just scratches away and pulls at them. She was just sick two weeks ago and this weekend she had a runny nose and woke up with a fever on Sunday morning but it went away after some tylenol. I've also heard it could be from pressure of teething. Or maybe she just finds her ear lobes interesting lol

If it were an infection would there be other visible signs ? She's also so fussy from teething. She has two visible teeth and another bruised gum so I know she's teething..

I feel like a bad mom right now lol not knowing what to do.
