I dont knkw what to do 😢😢😢

I've been on the Depo shot before I had my baby. He is 5 months old. The first month on the depo I had my period for 2 weeks. Like I did before I had my son. Now I started my period on the 20th of February....it has been dragging ass ever since...I can't even wear my good panties...I'll spot then stop then it happens all over again. It has been like a little heavier then spotting the past couple days. For the past 5 weeks some days I think I finally stopped but I didn't....I don't know what to do...I told the stupid nurse at the Health Department and she said it's normal blah blah blah. Please help!!!!
