Dry skin?? Not sure what this is what can I do I've been using lotion everyday baby detergent and aveeno

That looks like our daughters eczema before we got it under control. Can you get a doc appointment to confirm? She had it everywhere and I felt so bad for her little red skin and I'm sure it was itchy. We now had hydrocortisone for flare ups, cool mist humidifier, bath every night with immediate moisturizer (la Roche posay lipikar balme) after a quick dry off. Her skin looks great now!!

Looks exactly like my LO eczema flare! For her she's the opposite - baths literally once a week unless a crazy blow out ... anything more and her whole body and head looks just like that! ... aveeno bath stuff also triggers a reaction - our dermatologist told us to use cetphil just the white bar and so far it's the only thing that doesn't make it worse when she does bathe! We also use eucrerin baby eczema creme and hydrocortisone during flares
