Should I say something?

So my partner and I are TTC with donor sperm. We were talking to a lesbian friend of ours recently and she told us her OH wants kids but she definitely doesn't. Then she said something  about how her OH can't have kids anyway. I asked her about this and it turns out her OH has PCOS and had been told somewhere along the line that meant she'll never have children. So I told my friend that actually women with PCOS can have children with the right kind of treatment....
