+OPK help needed

I just detected a +opk today and glow hasn't changed my fertile window... I know that when you detect fertility you'll ovulate anywhere from 12-36 hours right? So does that mean that we have 2 days or 1 day or what? It's only 9am and I won't see my DH till tonight and I'm just so excited now!
