same name awkwardness

So I was talking about potential baby names with my boyfriends (baby daddy) sister... and I told her my first choice for a boy would be Jackson. She then tells me that it is the same as HER favorite boy name and is telling me to think of something else. Now I don't know whether I'm having a girl or boy yet, but if it's a boy I would love to choose this name. Knowing she loves the name as well, things are getting pretty awkward! I feel bad but she is not even pregnant! I don't know what to do... she is my future sister in law, but it's not my fault that we like the same names. Suggestions? 😩 do I use the name I love or put "family" first.
