I had a missed miscarriage and they found endo during laparoscopic surgery (for pregnancy- didn't know I had endo) and my doctor said it is mild so there is no need to remove it because if there is scarring already then removing it wouldn't help. What do you all think? I don't really want to go through another surgery if necessary. Ive heard people mention femara? I also have one gene for factor V Leiden
