working out three weeks postpartum

So I know usually woman wait until their six week checkout to begin working out again, but I can't. I have such low confidence and want to drop back down to my original weight or at least a healthy weight considering I gained about sixty pounds during my pregnancy. My stitches have dissolved and I feel little to no pain almost three weeks after having my baby. So mainly what I'm asking is what workouts would you recommend that wouldn't push myself or my body too far? Besides typically walking and sit ups.
