If I was in the process of having a MC, would I still feel a little tingle/slight cramping? When I went to the doctor last week they didn't see anything except the sac, and said they the dates could be off or I could have a blighted ovum. I'm hoping there's a little chocolate chip in there. I haven't had any spotting or anything, but today I've felt a little twinge of something off and on. Mind you I've had very little symptoms so far. I have my next appointment tomorrow. Just trying to prepare myself.
