Humidifier?

Question

Is anyone else really stuffy and feel icky? I know the weather is changing too but I wake up everyday with a sore throat that makes my head hurt and a yucky dry mouth. Would a humidifier in the bedroom help me and is there any reason I can't use one while pregnant? I'm 16w tomorrow. Thanks!

I've been using one since I was like 7 weeks. I'm in my 14th week now and still get very stuffy!

Get a humidifier and use this:

I have really bad allergies in the spring. I bought Vicks cool mist humidifier with Vicks vapo pads and it cleared me right up!

Yes def get humidifier.  You need moisture you in air. It'll help out some. Steam from shower helps too.
