Can anyone ease my mind

H
So after our very active baby wouldn't show us everything we need to see at her 20 week ultrasound we had a follow-up ultrasound yesterday at almost 24 weeks and they noticed an echogenic focus on her heart. When I asked she said everything else looks good and didn't seem concerned but is still sending me to get a second look. I know most of the time it is nothing but it is hard not to worry after hearing it could possibly be a soft marker for down syndrome. This will be our first baby and our rainbow baby so I hate to think anything could be wrong with her. I just turned 30 and my husband is 32 neither of us have family history and we declined any previous genetic tests. Just wanted to see if these ultrasounds look normal to anyone who knows more than I do. The "3d" ones are from yesterday and the others are from 20 weeks
