shaving legs

Okay this is so frustrating now. No matter what precautions I take for a clean shave it never ever works. My legs feel so smooth but I get out the shower and they look like this??? How do I get rid of the hair and the redness? It's not itchy or anything feeling it you'd think it was perfect but as you can tell it definitely isn't. Please help this always happens and I don't know what to do???
