Gorgonzola cheese?

I've read that soft cheeses like gorgonzola or brie are not safe unless they're made with pasteurized milk...but would  restaurants serve cheese that's unpasteurized? I'm going out for Italian tonight and want a good pizza so I'm questioning the cheeses...

My doctor told me that you can still eat those cheese as long as they are cooked

Pizza is cooked at such a high temperature that even if it was unpasteurized you'd still be fine :)
