epidural and the shakes ?

I've been in labor for about 13 hours now and I finally got the epidural about 3 hours ago and I keep shaking really bad.. anyone else experience this ?

I had awful labor shakes before the epidural, right when I got to the hospital with my first. From what I have read also, it's from a shift in horomones during labor. Teeth chattering uncontrolAbly and everything.

I had the shakes like the whole time. It's normal and passed a little while after having him.

I had it before I had the epidural. I was told it was a hormone shift as I went in to the next stage of labor.
