How often are you working out in your firs trimester??

I've been so tired I'm only going 3-4 days a week and for way shorter times.  I just can't make it.   A nap sounds so much better to me

I worked out 4-5 days a week until the past couple of weeks. I'm just too ill to do anything more than a light walk.

Puking sun definitely describes me. I'm trying to stay positive but I'm nauseaous 20 hours of the day. I try to take walks but most of the time I just feel sick and sh*tty. Im still getting in my stretches every morning at least but I can't wait for this phase to pass so I can be more active again!

I've kept up with my 5-6 days/week routine. No nausea or major fatigue for me yet, so I'm trying to keep up with it until it gets harder! I'm just 5wks 2 days, so it may be coming soon! 😬

Going 4-5 days per week but fatigue hit hard this week so I don't know if I'll be able to keep up.  I'm 6w2d

I am vomiting 3-5 times a day and always nauseous so no working out for me. I can't wait to be finished with this stage of the pregnancy.
