Workouts! πͺπͺππ
What's everyone doing for workouts?! I was pretty active prior to getting pregnant-working out 6 days a week with a trainer. I've cut back to 3-4 times a week so I can get some added rest in the off days. I feel like I need it. Anyone else change their workout routines?!Β
