For the past 4 years I've been on the pill but yesterday I got Mirena. The procedure was pretty painful which is strange because I usually have a pretty high pain tolerance. But the worst part are these cramps. I've been taking Advil, etc. and using a heating pad but nothing seems to be doing the trick. Does anyone have any tips for dealing with this pain? I can't even sleep I'm in so much pain.
