I'm on the mirena birth control and I've had for about 4 months and I though it had fallen out about end of February while I was at work in the bathroom and then I got my period after it and I was fine and now I'm having sore boobs and nausea like I did with my first pregnancy and my boobs feel like there swollen alittle bit and I haven't taken a test yet but I have to work later today and I can't even sleep because I'm scared I'm pregnant again but my daughter is almost 10 months old but yea idk what to do I'm about to go to the store and get a test and take it this morning and hopefully it will ease my mind but idk my <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period tracker</a> on this is weird but I'm thinking I could be pregnant but idk I need some advice please.
