Waterbirth and hypnobabies

My baby was conceived using IVF/icsi. This is our first baby. Brady Timothy was born in December 15, 2016. After struggling with infertility I wanted to feel everything. I used hypnobabies home course and delivered my baby in the water at a birthing center. It was incredible! I waited to get into the water until I was 7 cm. It was so relaxing! With amazing coaching from my midwife I delivered my son after 8 hours of contractions. I got to the birthing center at 1pm, was in the birthing pool by 3pm, birthed my son at 636pm. Best decisions I have ever made! I had a very small tear requiring one stitch. I'll do it all the same when we decide to transfer one of our frozen embryos.
