Very very swollen feet, finding it difficult to walk on them now, the area around my toes is the worst can hardly bend them back 😭 any advice please?

Epsom salt baths! I'm in the same boat. I live in the bathtub. Also put your feet up when you can.

Make sure your feet are at least above your hips! And ice!! Never use heat!!

When mine get really bad I scoot my nursery up to our head board and out my feet straight up towards the ceiling. I've also wrapped them in cabbage leaves and Saran Wrap and I swear it works. So does putting them in ice water or wrapping in an ice pack.

Compression stockings (can buy at Walmart) increase water, decrease salt/sodium, elevate when able
