Blue dye vs Pink dye

Can someone explain to me why is pink dye test better than blue dye? I didnt even know about this until joining this app and i see ALOT of ladies saying "test with pink dye" or "pink dye is better" why is that? This is new to me lol. Thanks, ladies! ☺
