$200 ultrasound!?

I am 6 weeks 1 day and  I have an ultrasound tomorrow at my OB's office. Technically it's my first one (I got one last week with a friend that works at a free clinic because I couldn't wait lol). Anyway, the doctors office called today to confirm my appointment and that it will cost $193 since it applies to my deductible! Granted, my deductible is $350 and once I reach it, I will only pay 15% of the full price, so not so bad, but damn! I didn't expect to pay so much to see a picture of my baby! Should I wait it out and keep going to my friend or should I go and pay the fee? They haven't discussed my blood work with me from 2 weeks ago either and I have been waiting to get the green light to safely workout...Help! 😫
