should I tell my work?

I'm freaking out. I've been lucky I work on the road and at home so I've been able to hide everything and throw up in my own bathroom.  And I've been throwing up a lot 3-4 times a day.

This week my director flew in and we have a meeting. Of course at a restaurant that has nothing but meat (brutal aversion right now) and I was a huge whiskey drinker.

Not sure if I should just tell them I'm pregnant.  My 90 days is April 2. And I'm 8+3

I just told my boss today. I had the look of nausea on my face for a few days and he asked why i didnt work from home if i didnt feel well. Then he started to ask if I was coming down with something. So i walked back to his office and told him. He congradulated me and thanked me for telling him early so that he can make sure i get the support i need so i wont be stressed. I almost cried on the spot. I have a book of clients so the additional support will be welcomed with open arms. 
I am currently 8 weeks and i got tired of making up things. Some weight has been lifted off my shoulders my letting him know.

It's always a personal choice on when you feel comfortable. I'm 7+3 and I told my Director and CFO on Monday. They were super supportive and very happy for me. I was a little nervous because my first is only 9.5 months, but they knew I wanted children close together. If you have a good relationship with your boss and feel comfortable telling than I would if I were I'm your situation.
