4Moms Rockaroo or Mamaroo worth it?

Has anyone used the Rockaroo and found that it was worth the money for their baby. My LO is 9 weeks old so I'm wondering is it even worth it at this stage as most say it helped with newborn/colicky babies which she is neither. She does however stir when I try to put her down or if she's fussy I rock her back and forth which works. She went in my friend's Mamaroo yesterday and absolutely loved it but no way I'm spending the extra money the Rockaroo is cheaper. Would love to be able to put her in it and get on with some housework/make dinner and she be occupied. She has a bouncer and activity gym but I have to sit with her after 5/10 minutes and play which obviously I don't mind but sometimes I need to get on with stuff not just when she eventually naps!

They are totally different. I wouldn't spend the money on either. I would just get a traditional bouncer.

From someone who has purchased many products for a colicky baby, the one I regret the most is the mamaroo. Not worth the price.

Invest in the the deluxe auto rock and play! Best purchase we've made!!

The Mamaroo literally saved our lives because our son would only sleep in it. And then our best friends were REALLY struggling with their baby waking up every 30 minutes, and we told them to get the mamaroo, and it saved their lives too! That's my only experience with them.

I have the mamaroo for my son. He loved it! I bought an older model on Craigslist for $50 it was clean no stains or damage. If you really want the mamaroo try looking on Craigslist to see if someone is selling one for a price you are willing to pay.
