Late ovulation and short cycle

I have a short cycle, avg 23 days. Right now I'm on cd17 and I got what I'm pretty sure is a positive opk. Last month my pos opk was on cd18, month before was cd15. Anyone else ovulate this late in their cycle? Is there any chance of getting pregnant with a 6-8 day LP?
