I have the Graco FastAction Fold Click Connect Travel System - My LO is only 7 weeks old (and probably weighs no more than 12 lbs) but we already had to pull the harness straps to the top slot. I thought the seat was for infants up to 35 lbs ??

Straps should be coming out at or below shoulders, I have this car seat for my son and just moved the straps to the topmost level. He is 7 months, 20 pounds, and 29 inches.

It is up until 35 pounds and I believe 32 inches. The straps should be at or below the shoulder.
