boy issues

HELP , so I was in like a long distance relationship and I went a Valentine's disco and ended up hugging a boy . I had to tell my boyfriend and I ended it with him WICH I WILL ALWAYS REGRET, anyways my now bf (the disco boy) has had his phone taken to the police station as he punched his dad his dad then checked his phone  found suicidel notes and nudes from his ex's (I don't do that) anyways his phone is at police and we haven't rlly spoken in 2 weeks we have been going out exactly a month and I need advice weather to break up with him HELP XX
