Stretch mark creams?

I lathered up my entire pregnancy and of course it didn't prevent stretch marks, which is okay, I've accepted it! I have an eleven day old now and since I'm not cleared to work out I've been looking into creams and lotions that help the appearance of stretch marks but I don't wanna spend major money and then get ripped off. Does anyone have good reviews of ANY stretch mark creams or lotions that really worked for them?
