44 and trying!

Hi all I am new to this posting and sharing but was happy to read all of the positivity. I am 45 or we will be 45 in about two weeks, and I am trying to have my second child my daughter is seven with had two miscarriages one in 2015 January the other last year August. We conceived within one month of trying naturally for all three pregnancies, and hoping that we could do that again any with full term success and birth. Any ideas about how to improve uterine health or egg health? I wish u all well in your journeys🙏.
