Postpartum hair loss?

My LO is 5 months and I'm having major hair loss. Like...clumps in the shower! I have heard that it's normal after giving birth due to a change in hormones but I seriously feel like I'm going to go bald at this rate!!

Is there anything I should do??

It's not just hormones. When you're pregnant, your hair goes into a kind of stasis and you actually don't lose hair at the same rate you normally would period so right now, you're losing hair that you should have lost over the past nine and a half months. It looks scarier than it is :-)

Going through the same thing its normal and nothing you can do to help. Prenatals are supposed to help but it didnt with my first and hasnt this time either.

I had the same thing happen to me.  I finally went and got it cut and it stopped.  When it started growing back it was crazy.  Lol now it's about two inches long arguing the outside of my head and it sticks up like crazy in the front

I'm going through that too! Started around 4 months pp and still happening at 7 months pp
