At what age do you do food befor bottle?

What age do you do food breakfast dinner ect then bottle after. Saw a discussion on facebook and curious what everyone does. My 8 month old has 4 bottles a day and ive always offered bottle first because its her main source of nutrients in the first year.

I nurse my daughter. But her pediatrician said to do solids then nurse once she was 12 months old.

We started doing food first and then bottle 40min-1hr after from 8 months at our maternal nurses recommendation... he seems to enjoy it and he has 3 full meals and 3 bottles a day

I think at about 8-9 months we offered small amounts of finger food and a bottle along side of it. My kids never ate big meals but we would offer it at meal time with the family.
