clomid and excercise
So I got a BFN on my first round of 100 mg days 3-7 clomid, estrogen and progesterone. My doctor has told me continuing my normal excercise routine is fine, but from what I read online it's very contradicting. 1/2 say continue, 1/2 say no. I usually spin 3-5 days a week for 45-50 minutes a class. During this time, I sweat, lose my breath, push up the resistance, etc. I have been doing spin for 1 year and a few months, but prior to that I did T25 for 1 1/2 years and p90x for 6 months. So I have been consistently working out for over 3 years. I just wanted to know if spin 3-5 days a week could be stopping me for getting a BFP during my fertile period and TWW. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
