Does sex on your period help with cramps??

Hey. Does anyone know if having sex on your period help with cramps or anything? Is does it make them worse? Idk!! Help!

I don't like the mess or texture of period sex, but the few times I HAVE had sex during my period, it seemed to make them worse for me.

Some it makes it better. For me it made them worse and have to stop midway because of the cramp. All I can say is try and see if it helps or not.
