Mommy Thumb
Give me your tips to help your mommy thumb!! I've got a wrap brace on which seems to help. And I try to have my husband get her from hey PNP at night, but I'm home alone with her every day and it's killing me! I'm trying not to use my thumbs or wrists as much as I can, but it's impossible.
What did you do to help ease the pain?
