Not many friends? Or large groups?

This probably sounds like a reallu stupid and gay thing to ask people but do some of you have not that many friends? I dont have any close friends at all. Only people Iv worked with that are my friends and I dont see very often.

When I was at school I had a group of friends and Im not horrible or nasty at all. My bf has a group of mates and they talk as a group chat and Im jealous really as I feel lonely. I kind of feel like I only have him.

Does anybody have any ideas/tips on how to make mpre friends a bigger group, as its hard nowadays to and I just feel like I need some more female company more my age.

It doesnt help I study a lot and have horses and work silly hours but I still would like a social life and more female company.
