so today i was going to get the IUD but it hurted so bad i couldn't deal with it so the doctor gave me nuvaring instead... He told me i need to insert it inside me but How the hell am i going to insert ?????

Squeeze like a tampoon and insert it... I had the same issues... push it in until it is past your pubic bone

You just pinch the sides together and push it into your vagina as far as you can
