Why does this happen EVERY SINGLE TIME!

EVERY SINGLE TIME I put the baby to sleep my boyfriend makes so much freaking noise and wakes her up and either yells at her or leaves and I end up consoling her and it's so hard to put her back to sleep just like it is putting her down and putting her to sleep 😔 because she has reflux. I tell him all the time keep it down im getting sick of it. He'll be talking extremely loud while we're in the room with the baby and shes sleeping and I'll whisper for him to keep it down then he'll get mad storm off and slam the door or won't say anything to me for a long period of time 🤦🏻‍♀️ I just wish he would stop doing that I can't get anything done , i would be late for appointments etc. I don't know what else to do. Im honestly tired of talking to him I'm really to the point of getting my own apartment just so she'll have a quiet place to sleep. 😔
