Has anyone tried Vaseline on cradle cap?

I lathered coconut oil on her hair everyday! Works wonders :)

Soft brush with bathtime and aquaphor afterwards cleared up almost instantly

I use shampoo and a toothbrush to scrub it off, then put baby oil and aquaphor on his head after his bath.

Do you just put the coconut oil or aquaphor on their clean head/ hair and leave it? For how long?

Coconut oil worked for my baby! Left it on for 24 hours and it was completely gone

We used Vaseline- it worked really well. We put it on in the AM and washed it out with her evening bath.

Pediatrician told us to shampoo and brush (soft brush) while he's in the bath. That helped temporarily but usually the flakes reappeared in the morning.

I tried shea butter and coconut oil which worked ok.

I finally used Aquaphor and NO MORE CRADLE  CAP.

there are some minor flakes once in a while and I do the shampoo combing to get them off.

Have you tried coconut oil or coconut oil shampoo/body wash? Seventh Generation's cleared up my baby's dry skin (and acne) in no time!! It also smells amazing haha
