Women with vaginismus - any birth and post-birth experiences?

I have a mild case of vaginismus. Penetration is possible, but usually hurts at first and is rather a buzz kill after initial enjoyable foreplay!

I wanted to know though what the labour experience has been like for others with vaginismus - has it hindered you at all, have been able to give birth naturally?

And after your labour - have you noticed any change in your condition (better or worse)?
