STF from sex toy?

I've been diagnosed with chlamydia around 6 weeks ago and been treated for it. I have a vibrator, that I haven't used since I was diagnosed with the STI and haven't used it prior to that for a few weeks. Let's say it's not been used for about 8 weeks until last night. Before I used it last night I have cleaned it with some baby wipes as I can't wash it with soap and water because of the batteries. Although STI's can't live outside the body for too long, do you think there's any chance of me getting chlamydia again from my vibrator?
