Birth control

Currently been having problems with different types of birth control pills. And found one that's working for the most part (lo lestrin fe)  , but right before I get my period I feel like in pregnant all over again . Super hungry and craving junk and super emotional . Everything makes me cry . I feel bad for my husband because I'm an emotional wreck . Anyone else feel like this ? Is this normal ?
