Gaining too much weight??
So I had my 16 week check up today and my ob said that I've gained 10 pounds already and that I should watch my weight 😩 with my last pregnancy by this time I had already gained about 20 pounds. So this time I decided to really watch what I eat and do better and I thought I WAS doing better. I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner (no later than 6 pm) and 2 snacks in between. I try to eat as healthy as I can and drink a lot of water, but I guess it's not enough 😔 what else can I do?? It took me years to lose the baby weight from my last pregnancy and I don't wanna take that long this time around. Thoughts?
