I will be getting an iud soon , just wanted to know will my partner feel the string hanging if he fingers me ? & will he feel it to if we have sex ???

Mine can feel the strings when we have sex, it seems to be if I'm not totally turned on that it happens most often. But he rarely feels them. When he does it hurts a little and we do have to stop, but it's only a problem once every few months

My boyfriend does, but he doesn't mind it. The strings get softer over time too so chances are he won't feel them the longer it is in. Just make sure he doesn't pull on the strings lol

Mine does and it's cut him once. If this is a problem you can always go back to your doctor and ask for the strings to be cut shorter. Over time they also soften
