is Vitex right for me?

Trying to decide if vitex is right for me...TTC for 10 months now and nothing so far. Get terrible pms and get days of pre af spotting (anywhere from 3-5) every month. Also cycles average 30-36 days but I just had one super long cycle of 75 days. Not sure if I should try or wait a few more months...any advice...any vitex users?
