Parent Trouble

So, I'm only 12. I have older parents because a family situation. My parents have sex some times and to be honest it really bothers me. I always put earbuds in and listen to music. I want to ask my parents to stop but for some reason I just feel weird confronting them about it. I've told my best friend about it and she is in the same position I am but she has talked to her parents about it. I want to talk to them about it but I just get weird about it. Does anyone have advise for me so I can tell my parents about me being so uncomfortable about this? Or am I just over reacting about this whole thing?
