Chemical pregnancy after MC

We had A Successful pregnancy In 2015, got pregnant again this past November and had a MC in january. Got a vvf bfp a couple days ago and felt unsure about it so I took another test and it's a chemical pregnancy. Feeling so upset. :/ not sure what my next step should be, if I should just keep trying or call the dr to find out if I need further testing. Has anyone else gone through this?
