pregnancy pillow?

I've never been a back sleeper, but my significant other keeps having to turn me at night because I'm laying on my back. Has anyone tried one of those pregnancy pillows and does I help? I'm about halfway through my 2nd trimester and my sleep has been pretty restless.

It really depends. I've used a pregnancy pillow and I've used 10 regular pillows. Sometimes they help but I'm a back sleeper so mostly I end up kicking them out of my way and turning to my back. This is my 4th pregnancy and I've always slept on my back and haven't had any issues because of it.

I never sleep on my back it's very uncomfortable. But my first pregnancy and this current one I'm more comfortable on my back, I lay on my sides but wake up on my back alot, I just make sure I turn to a side when I do wake up. I haven't had any problems, you can't help how ypur body lays when your asleep. I think if I had a pillow behind me I'd end up moving it.

I've been sleeping on my back since I've become pregnant. I'm now 32 weeks. Your body will tell you when it's no longer comfortable on your back. I never got a pregnancy pillow because it didn't seem worth it. I sleep fine. I just go to sleep on my left side and if I roll I roll which I usually do every night.

With my first I didn't need one. With my second, it was my best friend.
