Mother in law drama

I need help, ever since my baby was born i cannot stand my mother in law, or the family..... I've been on antidepressants, i thought maybe that would help. But i don't trust my baby being at her house, there is so much drama that happens there. They have 3 big dogs, ( a rottweiler, an Italian mastiff, and a blood hound) the dogs don't listen at all! They swarm my poor baby and won't leave him alone the whole time we are there, and they think its funny and cute, my baby will scream crying when it happens and no one does anything i feel like i cant even leave to go to the bathroom. And the dogs aren't the only thing, my mil smokes in the house, she does it in the bathroom so its ok in her opinion. Plus my 32 yo brother in law still lives at the house, he does drugs, and is bipolar, but won't take meds, he thinks the drugs help him enough. He constantly gets in fights, like physical fights with my in-laws. He just snaps at the drop of a dime. And to top it all off they do not agree with us breastfeeding our baby, so they are constantly talking down on it, and won't even be around when i feed him (completely covered). They just don't listen to anything we say, we are his parents! I apologize for this, i just need to vent because i understand at the end of the day they are still family.
