Confused!

First of all... Yes my tests show I'm pregnant... I'm not confused about that lol. My last period was January 14. This last month was the first time I ever used opk's and got a peak reading on cd 28 (February 10). The top test is from yesterday which was 10 dpo. The bottom test is showing me 3+. Does that mean I possibly conceived LAST cycle? My doctors office is closed on the weekends so I'll be calling first thing in the morning... Just trying to figure this out!
